Santugon sa Tawag ng Panahon is a dynamic political party whose core
principle lies in the belief of the maturity and the capacity of the youth in
general, and De La Salle University-Manila students in particular.

We envision a genuine Students' Council as an effective alternative to the
current Student Council.

This Students' Council shall not merely dicatate, involve and govern. It is the
response to the clamor and need for a relevant and effective student
government
